Survey Insights Analyzer

POCErica Schenck

Turns West Michigan Customer Experience survey data into executive-quality insight — themes, trends, and NPS across every dimension of a client visit, grounded only in the survey files themselves.

Executive Summary

The story, in brief.

A West Michigan client visit is a high-stakes moment in the sales process, and every visit is surveyed — but the feedback sat in spreadsheets no one had time to fully read. Survey Insights Analyzer turns that WMCE data into an executive-quality read: named themes, dimension-level trends, NPS, and a cited summary, grounded only in the survey record.

Architecture

How it’s built.

A Copilot Studio agent for the sales and Client Experience teams that reads West Michigan Customer Experience (WMCE) survey data and reports what’s working, what isn’t, and where the client-visit experience can improve. It’s grounded exclusively in three sources — the WMCESurveys SharePoint library and two Excel files — with web search off, so every insight traces back to the survey record. It can also draft the follow-up email in HTML via the built-in Draft Email action.

AI Leverage

What AI actually does here.

Open-text at scale
named themes

Reading every comment

Groups open-ended visit feedback into named, frequency-ranked themes across ~13 dimensions — the reading a busy Client Experience team never has time to finish, done in one pass.

Grounded + quantified
3 sources, web off

Cited, not black-box

Every insight is backed by specific scores and response counts from the survey files, with web search disabled — so the analysis is defensible against the record rather than trusted blind.

Built-in Draft Email
HTML follow-up

From insight to action

The agent doesn’t stop at analysis — it drafts the executive summary and, on request, the follow-up email, so a finding becomes a message the team can send.
