Turning client-visit surveys into an executive read

A West Michigan client visit is a high-stakes sales moment, and every visit is surveyed — but the feedback sat in spreadsheets no one had time to read. Survey Insights Analyzer turns it into named themes, dimension trends, and NPS, grounded only in the survey files.

The opportunity

The West Michigan Customer Experience (WMCE) survey captures how each client visit went across roughly thirteen dimensions — SME sessions, technology, transportation, food and beverage, likelihood to recommend. That rich feedback mostly went unread because manually analyzing it wasn’t realistic on top of everything else.

What AISE built

Survey Insights Analyzer reads that data and reports what’s working, what isn’t, and where the visit experience can improve. It’s grounded exclusively in three sources — the WMCESurveys SharePoint library and two Excel files — with web search off, so every theme and number traces back to the survey record. It excludes COVID-era virtual visits, flags data older than 24 months, and can draft the follow-up email.

The benefit to the business

The sales and Client Experience teams get a cited, executive-ready read of visit effectiveness instead of an unread spreadsheet — with the recency and grounding discipline that makes it defensible. It’s a POC in TEST, provisioned for Erica Schenck and the Client Experience team.
