MK Intern Connect puts it all in one Teams conversation: grounded answers, drafted emails, an employee directory, and a CoffeeChat feature that auto-schedules the networking coffees that make an internship stick.

MK Intern Connect is Published to Production in the Copilot Agents environment, built on Claude Sonnet 4.6 and used by MillerKnoll interns via Microsoft Teams. It grounds answers in five intern documents, drafts professional emails through Outlook, retrieves directory info via Work IQ User, and hands off to its CoffeeChat and Question Generator child agents — owned by Anna St. Clair.
